Roger Farano. Complex Web Hosting & Applications. Roger has 21 years of experience in developing and managing software projects; he
is as an expert in complex distributed applications, systems analysis and design, web and intranet applications,
and telecommunications. He is the founder of The Aptus Corporation, a highly regarded Web
consulting and Web Hosting service. He has enabled the success of numerous e-commerce websites
including Enews.com and MortgageScholars.com. Roger has also consulted to IBM, Dynatech, Cable &
Wireless and government agencies including the FBI, FAA and the Department of Defense. He received his B.S.E.E from the College of William and Mary
in 1982 and received his M.S. in Computer Science from Old Dominion University. Roger provides web hosting services to over 60 clients.
Michelle Marchant. Graphic Design & Web Programming. Michelle has 13 years of hands-on experience in
Web development, computer graphics, graphic design and desktop publishing. After receiving her B.F.A.
Communication Design, Cum Laude, from Kutztown University, she served as a graphic designer for Armstrong
World Industries and later worked as an interactive Web Designer for James Bunting Advertising. She is
proficient in a range of programming and database languages to meet clients' technical needs while visually
defining their unique look and tenor. She is also gifted in illustration, print reproduction, digital
retouching and composition of photographic elements. Moreover, while employed by Washington Square
Associates, Inc., Washington, DC she provided oversight of printed, web, and multimedia graphic
communications. She has been working with Donn O'Neill and Roger Farano for over 6 years.
Tony Mayo, Executive Advisor. Tony received his B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Chicago by the
age of 21. His career has spanned many disciplines as a CEO, CFO, sales manager, team-builder and
professor. As President and CEO of Hidden Footprints Corporation, a technology start-up, he managed
venture capital funding, company growth and an international reverse merger. He founded and led
findAspace.com, Inc., an e-commerce start-up; he raised nearly $1,000,000 and grew the company's
consulting revenues to over $1,000,000. He has worked with numerous start-up companies and investors.
Tony has also recruited and lead sales teams; designed financial systems and served as a sales trainer.
His clients include Office Movers, Group 1 Software, CACI, INOVA, National Food Processors
Association, Software AG, James Martin & Company, and others. He is a member of the Adjunct
Faculty of the George Mason University School of Management, and is an executive coach for Vistage,
a CEO organization. He is also Donn O'Neill's executive coach.
