All about Smarttt Systems Returns

 
 

 

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. If an item you ordered from smart systems does not meet you expectations, simply return it to us.

The original sales receipt must accompany all returns. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days from the date of sale. All returns outside of this return policy will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Computer Products

Unopened computer products (CPU's, Monitors and printers) may be returned up to 30 days after date of sale. Opened computer products will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.

Accessories:

Unopened computer accessories may be returned up to 30 days after date of sale. Opened computer accessories may be exchanged for a like product up to 30 days after date of sale. After 30 days, opened computer accessories will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.

Software:

Unopened current version software products may be returned up to 30 days from the date of sale. Opened software products will be exchanged for like products only. There are no refunds for opened retail software products of licensed software and manuals.

Service Parts:

No refunds on service parts. Defective service parts will be exchanged for a like part only up to 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days from the date of purchase, defective service parts will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.

Movies, Music & Video Games:

Media: CD's, DVD's, audiotapes, videotapes and video games must be returned unopened within 45 days of receipt.

Return Exceptions:

Oversized Items: Some heavy or large items that are identifies as oversized on their item description pages must be returned via ground freight. Please Call Customer Service at 912.355.9575.

If you were sent an incorrect, damaged of defective product, we will issue credit for any applicable shipping and gift-wrapping charges.

Note:

Wireless Products and Internet: Smartt Systems is not responsible for contacting the carrier regarding changes or cancellations for you service plan.

Missing Accessories: the value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amounts of a return. For even exchanges, we will exchange what the customer returns (e.g., box for box, manual for manual, etc.)

Promotional Packages: Returns for promotional packaged items will only be accepted if all components of the promotional packages are returned. Individual package components may be exchanged if defective.
