The Savannah Atrium offers a main functional open venue (Seabrook's Hall) with exposed ceiling beams, antique furnishings, and picture windows. The Seabrook Hall is a 3,200 square foot area that can accommodate up to 500 (standing room) and 250 (seated)

The multi-use Courtyard (Minus Courtyard) has 4,800 square feet that can hold 750 for a standing cocktail event and up to 300 for a seated affair.

Also available is the Presidential Parlor that offers any Guest(s) the privilege of being secluded within their own environment all the luxury essentials.
