Events: If you are planning an event you need to rent a Reception Hall.

Parties, Weddings, Wedding Receptions, Proms, Graduations or other group events of any type are not allowed in our Vacation Rentals.

They are considered commercial and our Vacation Rentals are strictly for temporary lodging.

  ~ Cancellations ~

All reservations become binding upon receipt of the non-refundable
rental fee required at the time the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled for any reason, the non-refundable rental fee shall be forfeited unless we can re-rent the property for the same dates.
