The Company "Botero Homes Gallery, Inc. is a Virginia-based real estate development firm. Founded originally in June 1999 as Country Homes & Land Development Inc., the Company has pursued building projects in the Metropolitan Washington Area ("Metro DC"), with particular emphasis on luxury development projects in Northern Virginia and Montgomery County, Maryland. The company recently completed and sold three homes in the Bradley Hills community of Bethesda, Maryland. Also, two homes were completed and sold in the Lucky Estates community of Tyson's Corner. At present times she works very closely with Mr. Botero and oversees treasury and selects the finishing of every house built by Botero Homes. Market The Company's target market is the $1.8 million to $4 million single-family luxury home market in Metro D.C. Botero Homes Gallery's annual production goal is to build no more than six homes per year in this market. The Company employs a uniform system in its building approach: (1) traditional brick colonials, (2) built in groups of at least two homes (3) with consistent floor plans and cost specifications (4) priced competitively below competitive average. All homes are built to a total of 6,600 to 10,000 square feet with three finished levels. The Company has built an excellent track record with its suppliers and lenders, while managing to meet and even beat its operating budget projections.
