Subject: As the Chair of the Great Falls Group, Sierra Club, I invite everyone in Dip's networking group to attend a different type of networking event: A day out in the country.  Here are the details:

The Sierra Club, Great Falls Group annual picnic is Saturday, Aug. 20 from 10 am to 4:00 pm at the Bears Den Lodge in the Blue Ridge Mountains .  This is a rain or shine event, there is a shelter.

There will be a grill on hand, and folks are encouraged to bring a dish to share.  Please bring eatware that is not disposable. 

The program is rather informal.  Music makers are encouraged to bring their instruments for playing, picking and singing.  Lawn games such as Bocci and frisbee will be on hand too.  Of course the Appalachian Trail is close by, as well as the westerly viewpoint - Bear's Den Rocks.
