Despite the much cooler weather, we had another excellent turnout. The crowd continued to grow throughout the evening. We changed our format this time by introducing one of our newest members Freddi who helps folks with their wellness (health, body, mind and financial). Dip made a brief 2 minute speech to let folks know to speak to Freddi and hopefully it was short enough to not interrupt the flow of the conversation. Other discussion topics included marathon running, business connections, “toe-knee-palm” (Tony Palm reminding me how to remember his name by touching his toe, then knee and palm of his hand) and cruises to Mexico with Dr. Earl Smith (Chief). We had a yet another great turnout of newbies, plus our core members as always turned out in mass numbers. Our wonderful host recently back from a 3 week trip to Vietnam continued to bring out a plentiful supply of wonderful appetizers and of course the bar staff kept up with our beverage requests! Our next event will be the Holiday (Part I) gathering at Bombay Tandoor, Tysons Corner, VA) on Tuesday, December 8th.
