The lack of a significant “push” for our 3rd Café Montmartre event (I estimated 45 to 50 participants) did not prevent our numbers from exceeding 60+. Highly unusual other than the fact that our guest spotlight speaker Richie did a phenomenal job in inviting a gallery of his fans and for some reason this night was the night that 6 or 7 of our long lost attendees decided to show up.  We had an excellent turnout, with a significantly higher than normal percentage of newbies again. 18 in all, around 25% of the total!  Kudos to Richie for at least 7 referrals, Rick Dorsey, Scott Maguire & Lori Arceo (all newbies & still inviting others), Tom Madden, Madina Shaik, Cecelia Tabois, Jamie Munizza & Mark Rogoff (2 newbies)!  Thank you all for inviting others.  The Collateral Display table was empty (are we really taking advantage of this benefit)? Topics of conversation ranged from the political turmoil in Libya & the Middle East, Dip’s resignation from SAP, the unseasonably cold weather, the fantastic Party for a Cure attendance & fundraising accomplishments as well as eating healthy grass fed beef.  Checkout the photos http://www.it4dc.com/it4dc.php?page=pics.php on the website & see what a fabulous time we had as well as the many "newbies" who attended. Additional thanks to Anh Le and Alyson & her entire staff who continue to serve us well and the Café Montmartre’s management team for their terrific hospitality, plus the wonderful appetizers (which I did not get to try this time) they provide us.  Our next event will be back at Da Domenico’s , Tyson’s Corner, VA on Wednesday, April 6th. Please invite folks who you believe will benefit and enjoy our group so we can continue to drive a big turnout at our now established Tyson’s hangout in 2011, making this year even more successful than 2010!
