Stifling hot weather did not hinder a large crowd to gather at the Café to hear our Spotlight firm, Joanne present as well as mingle with our special guests (can you spot them in the photos?).  The core members came out in force with several folks (Courtney, Rebecca, Brandon & Helaine) all driving two or three new first timers to the event which resulted with the other single first timers a healthy total of 14 attendees.  My wife Val and our friend Kathy from Houston helped draw in the crowds too, I am sure.  We discussed the Taste of Reston & the sizeable it4dc crowd who came to support the Fabulous Dialtones, plus unseasonably warm weather fro June?  Other topics included a possible job opportunity for one member, vacation plans and just the nature of our busy hectic work schedules.  Checkout the photos http://www.it4dc.com/it4dc.php?page=pics.php on the website & see what a fabulous time we had as well as some of the "newbies" who attended.  Plus thanks to Anh Le & her crew at the Café for their hospitality & their continued ever improving appetizers.  I heard lots of positive feedback on the food yet again.  Remember if you invite someone, please attend yourself & make sure they bring business cards!  Our next event will be at the Westin Hotel, Tyson’s Corner, VA on Tuesday July 13th.  Please invite all the folks you can think of to continue to drive a big turnout and continue 2010 in style and make this year even more successful than 2009!  Thank you all for your continued support.
