To all of you who dropped in for the 2007 kickoff event, I appreciate the turnout and support. We had another solid event at Tavern on the Lake in Reston this month (checkout the photos). The room was comfortably crowded with plenty of successful networking and great food (Chef Steve made awesome chicken "purses" and that delicious red hummus again). Tavern on the Lake provided us with a classic Mediterranean atmosphere and great bar service! The attendees were engaging and from the feedback made several solid connections. I am happy so many members think so highly of our organization to bring other colleagues and friends to the monthly social. Plus don't forget about checking out the new individual data back up service that Paul LaFlamme and his partner Tom Gervais have developed. You will not want to lose your computer data, ever!

Because Reston continues to be a very popular location our next regular monthly event is on Wednesday, February 21st at Tavern on the Lake again off Baron Cameron Road (about 2 miles from the Dulles Toll Rd). In addition, we have a very special event on February 13th for those who want to learn more about the future. Mark both events in your calendar today using our new feature on the it4dc website!!
