The group continues to respond to the events by turning up in numbers throughout the evening.  We had several members who had not attended in a while, so it was delightful to spend time chatting with them and catching up on their news.  We had our good balance of core members who seem to show up every two or three events as well as the die-hards.  Plus we had a few newbies, with one, Tom bringing along a few others on his first social gathering.  Way to go Tom!  The weather cooperated and the food was plentiful and spicy.  More comments about my haircut prevailed since I had it cut short once again. Our hosts hospitality was generous and warm and the evening although finishing early by our standards (9pm) was enjoyable and rewarding.  Checkout the photos on the website and see what a merry time we had.  Our next event is sooner than you think at Café Montmartre (Lake Anne Plaza, Reston, VA) on Wednesday, August 26th.
